1. Cottage Food Law Compliance

Golden Goodies operates under Alabama’s Cottage Food Law. All products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Alabama Department of Public Health.
Sales are restricted to customers within the state of Alabama.

2. Ordering and Payment

All products are baked to order and require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Orders are processed once full payment has been received through the payment methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product availability
Errors in product description or pricing
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail within the state of Alabama only.

We also offer local delivery within 10 miles for a $5 delivery fee, and local pickup by appointment, subject to availability.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit are offered at our sole discretion in cases of wrong orders or shipping damages.

5. Allergens and Food Safety

Our products are made in a kitchen that also processes common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and gluten.

While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.
