Shipping Policy

Golden Goodies operates under Alabama’s Cottage Food Law. As such, we are only able to ship products within the state of Alabama.

Order Processing

All cookies are baked to order and require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Orders will typically ship within 48–72 hours after being placed, depending on order volume and baking schedules. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your goodies are fresh and delicious!

Shipping

We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on your selection and the size of your order. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on USPS pricing.

Please note:

• We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

• Once your order has been transferred to USPS, Golden Goodies is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages.

• Because our products are perishable, we recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our home base (located in Birmingham, AL) for a $5 delivery fee. Delivery times will be coordinated after your order is confirmed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only and is subject to availability. If you would like to arrange a pickup, please email getgoldengoodies@gmail.com prior to ordering to confirm a time.
